Local ingredients

When it comes to fresh food, we believe there's no such thing as too local. That's why all of our produce is sourced on or near the island. And of course, our fish is smoked right here at the Harris & Lewis Smokehouse, and caught in west coast of Scotland.

We've created a menu that's as full of personality as the rugged landscape and wild seas that surround us, and as full of flavour as the island community that makes up the heritage of Harris & Lewis.
