We are a small and caring company that
does plumbing, electrical, security systems, tiling, renovations and general
building work. In addition we do environmental consultancy
work, especially the land surveys that are required under
current E.U. regulations for
change of use. We will respond to emergency callouts for
plumbing, electrical and roofing repairs.
Where possible we try to reuse
existing elements when renovating, it makes a much
smaller environmental footprint. We are keen to use
environmentally friendly building materials such as straw
bales, and install renewable energy micro schemes such as
solar powered water heating systems and photovoltaic cells.

Solutions we like to work with our customers to help them
realise their vision. We are a small family run company that
has many in-house skills. Although we are based on the Isle of Lewis, we work throughout the Highlands and Grampian Regions.
