Under the careful guidance of our Head Chef, every dish at the Harris & Lewis Smokehouse is designed to shine a light on our incredible local produce – none more so than our Smoked Salmon, which is raised exclusively in Scotland, processed in Stornoway and smoked right here on the premises.

Nestled in the heart of Stornoway, on the Isle of Lewis, the Harris & Lewis Smokehouse is a celebration of everything that makes the Hebrides so special. From our fresh local ingredients (including salmon that is smoked right here on the premises) to our beautiful surroundings, wonderful people and state-of-the-art facilities, we invite you to join us on a culinary tour of contemporary Scottish cuisine.

The Art Of Smoked Salmon 2

Our product range

Our Artisan Smokers hand cure only the finest and freshest Scottish Salmon with Sea Salt and Demerara Sugar. We then gently smoke with whisky cask chippings, infusing our salmon “sides” with a rich flavour evocative of these windswept islands. The result is a culinary masterpiece, virtuous on the palette and stimulating to the senses. Our pack sizes are available in the following sizes; 100g and 700-900g.
