All of our Harris & Lewis Smoked Salmon is 100% Scottish, bred exclusively from Scottish Salmon Company Superior Salmon. They are all filleted, cured, smoked and packaged in Stornoway, on the Isle of Lewis, to maintain unrivalled freshness.
Right next door to the Restaurant is our Harris & Lewis Smokehouse. Here, our Artisanal Smokers hand cure, smoke and package our Harris & Lewis Smoked Salmon – combining traditional methods and hand-crafted attention to detail with state-of-the-art facilities and processes, to create what we believe to be the best smoked salmon in the world.
