We use only the finest salmon from Scottish Salmon Company (SSC) Salmon for our Harris & Lewis Smoked Scottish Salmon. They are all filleted, hand-cured, gently smoked and packaged in Stornoway by our Artisanal Smokers, on the Isle of Lewis, to maintain unrivalled freshness.
The Restaurant is on the same premise as our Harris & Lewis Smokehouse. Our Artisanal Smokers hand cure, gently smoke in pebble lined kilns and package our Harris & Lewis Smoked Scottish Salmon – combining traditional methods and hand-crafted attention to detail with modern, state-of-the-art facilities and processes, to create what we believe to be the best smoked salmon in the world.
