Harris and Lewis Smokehouse unveils new Lightly Smoked Fresh Scottish Salmon Fillet

The Harris and Lewis Smokehouse has introduced a delicious new addition to its range. Harris & Lewis Lightly Smoked Fresh Scottish Salmon Fillet with Seaweed Butter is now available to order on the online shop.

Reared on the West Coast of Scotland and Hebrides, only the finest quality Scottish Salmon is used to make Harris & Lewis Lightly Smoked Fresh Scottish Salmon Fillet with Seaweed Butter. Prepared to order, Artisan Smokers cure Scottish Salmon fillets by hand using sea salt and demerara sugar at the Harris and Lewis Smokehouse in Stornoway. The fillets are then lightly smoked over oak woodchips in a traditional pebble lined kiln.

The 500g ready to cook Scottish Salmon fillet has a succulent, melt in the mouth texture and sea fresh aroma. It is served with seaweed butter and has an evocative taste of the Hebridean Islands. Fillets can be ordered online with UK wide delivery, or there is a click and collect option at the Smokehouse for those that live locally or plan to visit Stornoway.

The Harris and Lewis Smokehouse, part of The Scottish Salmon Company, launched online in March 2021. The ecommerce store gives customers the opportunity to order its award-winning Scottish Salmon to be delivered to their home for the first time.

Su Cox, Communications and New Business Development Director at The Scottish Salmon Company said: “We have received an incredible response to the launch of our online shop and we’re delighted to add a new product to our range.  Our Lightly Smoked Fresh Scottish Salmon Fillet with Seaweed Butter is a delicious way for you to enjoy a taste of the Hebrides at home.”
